In an effort to improve our working practices Deepblue-digital have often to systemised our approach to business in some way. Allowing us to better measure and improve that particular area. This is especially relevant with SEO due to the information involved, the time it takes and also the amount of different people involved. Over time we have developed an 18 point SEO checklist, so that at a glance an account manager or client can see where a client is along the SEO road.
Each of these points is obviously a simplified header of very much more complex events.
